Additional payment options for GreenState Credit Cards such as full balance payments or minimum payments are available in MyCardInfo. See the MyCardInfo payments topic for details.
(One-Time or Recurring Payments)
You can make payments for GreenState loans or credit cards by verifying an external checking or savings account and transferring funds from that account.
Verifying an external account can take up to 5 business days. Once verified, the external transfer process generally takes 2 full business days to complete. Please plan accordingly.
For recurring transfers from external accounts, we recommend setting a transfer date at least 5 days prior to your payment due date to account for weekends and federal holidays.
Payments via external transfer can be made directly to most GreenState loans. Payments for credit card and mortgage loans must be sent to a savings or checking account first. An online payment can then be set up to transfer funds from that checking or savings account to the credit card or mortgage loan.
External transfers can be made directly to GreenState Credit Cards by linking an external payment account in MyCardInfo. See the MyCardInfo payments topic below for details.
Verify an External Account
(One-Time or Automatic Credit Card Payments)
Online Banking funds transfers can be used to make payments to your GreenState Credit Card, the benefit of that approach is your checking or savings account balance will update immediately to show your available funds if you're making payments from a GreenState account.
You can also make or schedule payments directly via MyCardInfo. With MyCardInfo you can add an external payment account to skip the "transfer into savings first" step needed for online banking transfers from external accounts. You'll also have options to set up automatic payments for the balance of your account or your minimum payment due.
To make one-time payments in MyCardInfo you'll need to first add a payment account. Once an account is added, you can make one-time payments from that account.
