When will my GreenState card arrive?

It takes about two weeks for your card to be made and mailed to you. A digital version of your credit or debit card can be issued to your mobile wallet via Card Controls in online banking. 

If your card doesn’t show up within two weeks, give us a call at 319-339-1000 or 800-397-3790. We’ll verify your address, deactivate the card that was sent, and send you a replacement.

Once your card arrives, you can activate it by calling:
