GreenState has made it easier than ever to update the 4-digit PIN number on your debit & credit card. Simply follow the instructions below and your new PIN number will be effective immediately. 

Debit Cards

1. Call 888-891-2435 from the phone number associated with your account.
2. Enter your 16 digit debit card number.
3. Enter the 3 digit security code on back of your debit card.
4. Enter 5 digit zip code associated with your account.
5. Enter Date of Birth in MMYY fashion.
6. Enter the NEW 4 digit PIN you would like for your debit card.
   You will be asked to enter this twice to confirm.

Credit Cards

To update the PIN number on your GreenState credit card, call 888-891-2435.

Your new PIN number will be effective immediately. If you have any issues, please contact us at 800-397-3790.
