Blocking Your Card

If you've lost your card or think it's been stolen, the first step is to get it blocked. This is reversible—if you find your card later.

If you need a Replacement Card, give us a call at 319-339-1000 or 800-397-3790 so we can order one for you.

Blocking your card

To block your card please call in at 319-339-1000 or 800-397-3790 or stop into a branch as soon as possible. To block your card after business hours please call (855) 341-4650.

You will not be able to use a blocked card for purchases or ATM withdrawals, but blocking your card will not affect deposits or payments made with your account and routing numbers.

Unblocking your card

Just give us a call again at 319-339-1000 or 800-397-3790 or stop into a branch to unblock your card. 

What if someone else has used your card?

If you see any transactions that you didn't make, give us a call right away. We can dispute them for you. If you're curious to know more, check out our Fraud Protection article‍.
