Card Arrival

When will my GreenState card arrive?

It takes about two weeks for your card to be made and mailed to you. If you need a card sooner we can instant issue debit cards in any GreenState branch, however Credit Cards can only be shipped by mail.

If your card doesn’t show up within two weeks, give us a call at 319-339-1000 or 800-397-3790. We’ll verify your address, deactivate the card that was sent, and send you a replacement.

Activating your new card

Once your card arrives, you can activate it by calling:

  • Debit Cards: 888-691-8661
  • Credit Cards: 800-235-5354

What if my card is lost or worn out, and I need a new one?
