Managing Bill Pay Funding Accounts

Changing your Bill Pay Funding Accounts

If you are wanting to be able to pay bills using your Bill Pay profile from multiple GreenState checking accounts, or simply change which GreenState account is used for your Bill Payer account follow the steps below. If you run into any issues please give us a call at 1-866-841-1316. 

  1. Login to online banking from our homepage.
  2. Once signed into online banking click or tap on the Bill Pay tab.
  3. Now click or tap on the Manage Funding Accts sub menu option.
  4. Using the checkboxes select which checking accounts you want to be payable from within your Bill Pay account.

    • NOTE: If you are getting an error when trying to select multiple accounts at once try to just select one at a time then click save, repeat until all accounts needed are checked.
  5. Click Save. You will now receive confirmation that the new account is added to your bill pay account. You can expect this to show up as an option inside of your Bill Pay profile within 15 minutes.
