If you select to "register" your device after getting a Secure Access Code in online banking, but then next time you login to the same device/browser you are prompted to get the Secure Access Code again please check the following:
- If a device does not stay "registered" then that means the device/browser has cleared it's cache/cookies.
- If this continues to happen you may want to check your device or browser settings to ensure the cache/cookies are not being cleared.
