We are pleased to announce that we have entered an agreement to purchase seven branches and related assets from First American Bank, based in Fort Dodge Iowa. First American sought a buyer that would continue their tradition of high quality service coupled with community giveback. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval, which will take several months. The transition date for the branches is anticipated to be mid year 2020.
